After the termination of the domestic worker's contract, the employer must take one of the following steps:
A. Contract Extension: If the worker expresses a desire to complete the contract without returning to her home country.

C. Final Release: If the domestic worker expresses a desire to terminate the contract and return to her home country.

The agency guarantee: The agency covers the first 90 days from the arrival of the domestic worker in case of refusal to work or similar issues.
