Employers Declaration of Hiring a
Workers
General terms:
1- The worker will be allowed to contact the
family once arrived at Saudi Arabia; to confirm
the safely arrival.
2- The worker will be taken to a medical Center
before issuing the Iqama, and the cost will be
shouldered by the employer. Five Star Office
will be notified once issued by sharing a copy of
the worker Iqama.
Note: The Iqama should be issued during the
first 90 days of the worker arrival.
3- The worker will get three meals each day.
4- Five Star Office will be notified if: changing of
the employer address, staying the worker at
another house temporarily, or traveling with
the worker for a long time.
5- The passport and the Iqama will be kept by the
worker as per the Saudi labor low.
6- The worker will be treated respectfully by all
the family members, and there will be no
abuses or punishments in any way.
7- The worker will be assisted to get a SIM card; to
communicate with his/her family at the break
time.
8- The worker will be allowed to sleep for 8 hours
each night constantly and will be given an hour
at each meal as well as an hour for a personal
hygiene.
Note: the total working hours of the worker
according to the Saudi labor low is 10 hours per
day (inconstantly).
9. The worker will be given a day off each week.
10. The worker will get a private suitable room.
11. The worker will be provided by all the
necessary personal hygiene items freely by the
employer. Such as: shampoo, soap,
toothpaste, deodorant, sanitary pads, towels,
bed covers, and uniforms.
12. The worker will be working at the employer’s
house only, unless the worker accompanies
the employer’s children to a relative house;
the worker will be responsible to clean the
children mess at the relative house.
13. The worker will be allowed to contact Five Star
Office, and the foreign office once needed.
14. The worker will get the full agreed salary at
the beginning of the month by one of the
electronic wallets based on Musaned
determination. Such as: STC PAY, URPAY, IPAY,
MOBILY PAY, ENJAZ.
15. The worker will get a free flight ticket once
completed the contract duration.
16. The worker will be provided by all the medical
care freely once needed.
Special Terms:
1. Visa Authorization

2. Transfer of Sponsorship
I,
acknowledge that in case I no longer need the
service of the worker for any reason, I will not
transfer the sponsorship of him/her without
notifying Five Star Office. Instead, I will take the
worker back to the office to get all the necessary
assistance in transferring the sponsorship of the
worker.
Five Star Office will take the action according to
Musaned based on the following equation:
(Total recruitment cost ÷ Duration of the worker's
contract) × Remaining duration of the worker's
contract.
3. No Trade on workers services
The worker services must be limited to the
employer house. Using the worker services to
do business with or without extra salary to the
worker is against the Saudi Labor Laws.
4. Worker Contract Insurance
As per Saudi Labor Laws, it is required to insure
the contract once done the electronic contract
through Musaned.
It covers: Refusal to work, Runaway, Inability to
work, and death.
Note: the contract insurance will not be
activated during the first 90 days of the arrival.
To benefit the contract insurance services,
please contact the insurance company directly
and notify Five Star Recruitment Office.
5. Cooperation once the worker completed the
contract duration.

Acknowledge that I will commit to take the
worker to Five Star Office once he/she
completed the contract to do one of the
following:
• Final Clearance: once the worker gets the exit
visa .
• Renewal of the contract: once the worker gets
the exit and return visa.
• Extension of the contract: once the worker
extends the contract without getting exit and
return visa.
Refund in case of refusing the work during
the first 90 days of the arrival.
The refundable amount will be counted as per
the Saudi Labor Laws under the equation:
(Total recruitment cost ÷ Duration of the
worker's contract) × Remaining duration of the
worker's contract.
Five Star Office can accept or reject recruiting other worker in the future.
Full cooperation regarding any labor issues and provide Five star office with all the requirements to solve the problem.
Full cooperation and commitment from all employers not living in Eastern Province to take the worker to Five Star office once needed.
