Visas
Regulations for granting visas to domestic workers and those in similar categories for individuals can be found here:
To issue a domestic worker visa through Musaned, visit the Musaned platform, log in, select "Visas," and then "New Request." Next, enter the application details, prove your financial capacity, pay the required fees, and submit the application for approval.
Visa Issuance Steps:
1. Log in: Access the Musaned platform using your account. If you don't have an account, create one through the Absher platform first.
2. Select Visa Service: Choose "Visas" and then "New Request."
3. Enter Data: Follow the steps to enter the application information, such as occupation and nationality.
4. Prove Financial Capacity: Upload the required documents to prove your financial capacity.
5. Pay Fees: After agreeing to the terms and conditions, an invoice will be issued for the government visa fee (SAR 2,000) and the electronic service fee (SAR 172.5 including tax).
6. Submit Application: After completing all steps and paying the fees, submit the application and wait for approval.
Nationality, occupation, or point of entry cannot be changed after application submission. After application approval, you can cancel the visa, pay the electronic service fee of SAR 172.5, and submit a new application with the required point of entry, occupation, and nationality. For a refund of government fees, please contact the Ministry of Finance at 19990.
1. The cancellation must occur within the visa's validity period (two years from the date of issuance).
2. The visa must not be linked to a contract.
3. The visa must be in its issued status.
4. The visa must have been issued by Musaned.
Wait three days from the visa issuance date for activation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The client does not need to visit government offices to complete the activation process; they can also access the Musaned portal and search for service providers electronically. Additionally, they can select a domestic worker to begin the procedures.
Recruitment
The official period for recruiting a domestic worker is 3 months (90 days), but we strive to complete the recruitment process in less than 60 days.

A guarantee service is provided for the domestic worker for 90 days (3 months) from the date of her arrival in the Kingdom.
Insurance
Issuing an insurance policy for the domestic worker contract against the risks of non-compliance with the rights and duties of the employer and also the domestic worker working for the employer to ensure the protection of the rights and entitlements of the parties to the contractual relationship.
